A Tribute to the Norwegian fjords

Fifteen years after collecting authentic fjord water from the top of the Langfoss waterfall, BRUVIK presents its most ambitious creation yet — the Fjord Hydracapsule® Module 3. This is not just a watch; it’s a physical memory, a legacy of Norwegian nature sealed into a precision timepiece. Designed to honor the original Fjord models that gained international acclaim, this evolution unites storytelling, technology, and timeless design in one wearable tribute to the natural world.

The Pulse of the Fjord, Captured Forever

The Hydracapsule® – Where Time Meets Water

Positioned directly against your wrist, the Hydracapsule® contains original fjord water from Langfoss, collected in 2010. It rests inside a bronze-colored steel caseback — enhanced with blue pigment — as a constant reminder of your connection to the elements. This innovative feature makes the Fjord Hydracapsule® the only watch in the world to integrate authentic natural water into its design. A bold symbol of harmony between human engineering and untouched nature.

Crafted with Purpose, Built to Evolve

Premium Bronze and Steel

Each timepiece is made from satin-brushed aluminum bronze or 316L stainless steel, offering both durability and character. The bronze models develop a unique patina over time, telling their own visual story. An anodized aluminum bezel insert with laser-cut markers sits atop a 120-click rotating bezel — fusing traditional dive watch mechanics with modern refinement. The watches are housed in a 41mm case with a robust 13,5mm height and 48mm lug-to-lug length for versatile wearability.

Precision from Within

Swiss-Made Movement and Luminous Elegance

Inside each Fjord Hydracapsule® beats the reliable Sellita SW300 Swiss automatic movement, delivering a 56-hour power reserve. The dial is micro-sandblasted for a soft, matte finish with a gradient color tone, while the hands and indexes glow with Swiss Super-LumiNova® — providing clarity in both daylight and darkness. The bronze-colored skeleton hands add a signature touch of elegance to this technical powerhouse.

A Legacy Sealed in Time

Limited to 197 Pieces – A Tribute to Norway’s Fjords

Every bronze color variant of the Fjord Hydracapsule® is produced in just 197 individually numbered pieces, a number chosen to match the official count of fjords in Western Norway. Each watch comes with both an FKM rubber strap and a patinated leather strap, both with quick-release functionality and refined closures. These limited editions are not just collector’s items — they are storytelling instruments that connect the wearer to one of the world’s most beautiful and powerful landscapes.

From First Line to Final Form

Sketching the Shape of the Fjord

Every contour of the Hydracapsule® case began on paper — drawn with inspiration from the cliffs and contrasts of Norway’s fjord landscapes. The result: a bold case silhouette with brushed bronze or steel finishes and a rotating bezel that brings sketch lines to life.

Design That Holds Depth

From Concept to Capsule

What started as a bold sketch became the Hydracapsule® — a sealed chamber on the caseback holding real fjord water from Langfoss. This one-of-a-kind feature connects story, sketch, and substance in a way no other timepiece has.
